We want this apartment to be much more than just a place to sleep during your visit to Mexico City. Our goal is to give you a comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped space that you’ll genuinely enjoy coming back to after a day exploring the city.

We’ve tried to think of all the little details that make a stay easier and more enjoyable, whether you’re visiting for vacation, spending time with family, or traveling for work.

The Space

The apartment is 95 m² (approximately 1,020 sq ft) and is located on the ground floor of a 7-story building. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living and dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, so you can enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.

There’s also a Smart TV for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped, whether you just want to make a quick breakfast or cook a full meal.

Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. No part of the apartment is shared with other guests.

A Few Important Things Before Your Stay

We want your arrival and departure to be as easy as possible, so please keep these times in mind when planning your trip.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM

If you need to arrive earlier, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in depending on availability. Early check-in has an additional fee of MXN $500. Please message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

If you need a little extra time, just let us know and we’ll check availability:

* Check-out after 1:00 PM: MXN $500

* Check-out after 5:00 PM: MXN $800

Late check-out is subject to availability, so please reach out in advance.

Cleaning During Your Stay

If you’re staying with us for a while—or simply want to enjoy your trip without worrying about cleaning—we can arrange an additional cleaning service for an extra fee.

The service includes cleaning of the apartment, fresh bed linens and towels, and restocking of basic supplies
